The art of helping people buy and sell real estate has facinated me for years.  And more so than that, I Love the opportunity this industry brings to see so many amazing homes. Each one unique, just like the people who own them. Each one deserving of it's own unique marketing strategy, presentation, remodelling or restyling. Some are ready to be showcased as is. Some require sprucing up, staging, renoing to bring it to a state where the home is ready to showcase.  Homes don't sell themselves. Not for top dollar at least and creating a great presentation and marketing strategy is what I do.
